Noise                                     

In the interests of all guests, we request that you always keep a noise to a minimum                            

Persons are not registered as guests are required to vacate by 9:00 pm. 

There are no visitor carparks, off street parking is usually available on Nelson St

Studios can only accommodate 2 guests maximum

8:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday                                                

9.00 am to 7:00 pm Saturday Sunday

Outdoor Patio                      

This is a shared patio for guest only in Rooms 1, 2 and 3

Rooms 4 and 5 have their own private patio's.

Payment                                

Please pay on arrival – unless pre-paid online.                                               

We are happy to take contactless payment. Please note that credit cards

and contactless payments with debit cards incur a 1.95%

(we accept Visa and  Master Card only).

There is no surcharge for EFTPOS, we are happy to email a receipt.

Pets                                         

Pets are strictly prohibited

Restaurants                          

Further in the compendium you will find information on some of the local attractions, resturants and wineries.

Recycling                              

Please put items that can be recycling in the recycling bin in your room.

                                                  

Servicing of Rooms             

We offer a daily service  – if not required let us know.  Services take place between 10:00am and 12:00pm.

The family apartment is fully self contained and we will do a full service after 4 nights.​

Smoking Alarms                    

Integrated wireless smoke alarms for your safety and security. 

If you hear the alarm evacuate your room immediately. The designated assembly point is located

in front of the Motel on Nelson Street.

As the smoke alarms are intergrated if an alarm is triggered accidently - such as from burning toast every alarm

in your block will activate.  If you unintentionally set off a smoke alarm, promplty inform reception.

Smoking and Vaping           

A designated area has been allocated for the comfort of smokers, please enquire at reception for

an ash tray.    Guests and visitors are prohibited to smoke inside OR outside their rooms.

To protect people from the health  effects of second-hand smoke, smoking in most public areas including

shopping malls, public transport, pubs, bars  and restaurants is prohibited in New Zealand.

All workplaces are smoke free. If you do smoke or vape in your unit,you

WILL be personally charged NZ$500 minimum, to cover specialist cleaning and resulting loss of income.

There are no landline phones in units.​

If you would like us to make a booking on your behalf that would be out pleasure.

TV and Sky                            

The black remote will turn on your TV – use the Sky for changing channels

HDMI 1 for Sky - please do not adjust settings

The TVs are smart TVs remember to log out of your Netflix or Neon accounts etc.

Wine Tours                            

Please take a copy of the Marlborough Wine Trail and help yourself to information on wine tours.
