| - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven and hob, microwave, electric frypan, saucepans with all necessary cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.
- Laundry with washing machine, dryer and tub.
- Three bedrooms; one with a super king size bed (can be split into 2 singles if required), two bedrooms each with queen size bed. All have electric blankets, and bedside table. Master bedroom has LCD TV connected to Sky decoder.
- Bathroom with toilet, shower, vanity, hair dryer, heater, and heated towel rail. Second, separate toilet room.
- Open plan dining / lounge with dining table and chairs, two settees and heat pump for the chilly winter evenings / Air conditioner for the hot sunny Marlborough days. LCD TV screen connected to your own individual Sky Digital decoder with a choice of 40+ channels.
- Outdoor flow from lounge onto your own private deck with outdoor furniture and barbeque.
- Easy to access broadband internet with complimentary 50 Mb allowance, additional access at low cost.
- Your own iron, ironing board and clothers airer. Ample wardrobe space and luggage rack.
- Parking directly outside with rear and front access for extra security.
